Frequently Asked Questions

John J. Pavlick, owner of Pavlick Roofing and Contracting, is involved in every aspect of the workflow from estimating to nailing shingles. John personally ensures each job meets the Pavlick Standard.

Do I have to be home the day of the project?
No, You do not need to be home for exterior projects. We need access to electricity and we need the driveway cleared of all vehicles to allow for easy access to the roof. Window replacement projects need to be performed from the inside of your home. If you are unable to be home during this stage of your project, please discuss this with Mr. Pavlick when scheduling your job.

What if it rains during the project?
During periods of uncertain weather, we ensure water tightness on your roofing project by working in 3-foot sections. Tarpaper comes in 3 ft rolls; this helps us ensure your property is protected. Weather typically does not affect window replacement projects; windows are installed from the inside of your home.
